Hit The Bid back in action at Newbury

After a luckless run in the Curragh Reach The Bid is Place to make a Fast reappearance from the Dubai International Airport World Trophy at Newbury.

Trainer Darren Bunyan has set a line during his star’s performance in the Group One Flying Five Stakes on Sunday, when he was defeated at less than four spans – and also reports the prepared to move only six days after.
The County Kildare handler has given The Bid an entrance in Saturday’s Group Three dashboard in Newbury and has confirmed the purpose is to operate.
“He emerged from the race ideal,” said Bunyan.
“It was only one of those days to draw a line through. We’ve had worse times than that, although nothing worked out about the day.
“He wasn’t beaten too far for a horse who had nothing his way around the afternoon .”
Strike The Bid has shown that he can run when kept busy.
“There is no problem with all the horse running quickly,” added Bunyan.
“He came from the Abbaye last year and won the Group Three Mercury Stakes (in Dundalk) not long after.
“We’re still making plans, and it looks like he’ll visit Newbury this Saturday now.
“The floor is in his favour . The weather forecast is very great for your week, and he’s 100 percent after the race.
“If all goes well on Saturday we will stick him in the Abbaye.”
The Blue Uluru of ger Lyons is a second Irish possible – while many others in an entry comprise Beverley Bullet scorer Judicial, last week, Equilateral and recent York Listed victor Dakota Gold, who took the Scarbrough Stakes.
