Has returned after his release by the side on Sunday.
Sanchez was substituted at the minute of Chiles goalless draw against Colombia and can undergo additional assessment to determine the size of the injury to his ankle.
Even the 30-year-old has scored in four appearances, past month getting a red card at the game against Sampdoria.
